A Christmas Miracle

We were contacted via Arkansas Santa Train mail form for letters To Santa 12/22/2005 www.arsantatrain.com , from a woman asking for help finding her birth mom who had given her up for adoption 36 years earlier.  After contacting her to verify her story, she gave us the information she had from her birth certificate. We began our search with no results due to the fact the mothers name was off by one letter.  Then we cross referenced the Date of birth with the location of birth and found the almost exact listing as we were searching for.

     Her mother had posted an ad on her birthday 2003 on a website called www.adoption.com the mother claims not to have given her up by choice.  The birth mother had been searching for 15 years to find her.  The Doctor had passed away and all records of her adoption could not be found according, to our source the adoptee parents were friends of the doctor.  The adoptee has known most of her life that she was adopted but did not start searching until a few years ago when she was trying to find out about her family history due to a heart condition.

She learned that she now has a brother and two sisters.  They are now making arrangements for their Christmas reunion as they are only 3 hours driving distance away from each other.  They are planning to meet Christmas morning. They asked that their identities be with held temporarily until they had a chance to talk to other family members, so they would not hurt any feelings about having found each other after all these years.
